- The Best Practice Pack Team Manager gives the team manager a central view on all tasks that have been assigned to his/her team.
- All available functionalities like variances and progress tracking at team and project plan level can then be used to assist the team manager to manage his resources on the short term while having a clear view on the longer term resource requirements of the team in a single plan. All tasks assigned to the team are automatically imported as tasks in the team manager plan.
